About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Tech Team Lead with proven leadership in management and strong technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing technology team, ensuring delivery of scalable solutions and driving innovation through collaboration across departments.

Responsibility

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of developers to achieve technical excellence.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, and Design.
• Architect and design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and maintain coding standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement relevant innovations.

Requirement

• Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading tech teams.
• Strong expertise in Backend technologies such as PHP, Python or Node.js.
• Proficiency in Frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Location & Commitments

Permanent, full-time role based at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat office Monday–Friday.
